Refund policy structure
Deep Audit — AED 39
Before fulfilment begins, a cancellation request should receive a full refund. After a reviewer starts work, eligibility will depend on whether the promised report was delivered and whether a material service failure occurred. Duplicate charges and payments taken without successful order creation must be refunded.
Concierge — AED 399
Before coordination or review begins, a cancellation request should receive a full refund. Once work begins on any of the up to three quotes, a fair partial or full remedy will be assessed against work completed, missed scope and service failure. Third-party authority or provider fees are outside this product and are not refundable by UAE Newcomer.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the account email, product and order reference. Do not send passwords, full card details, passports or Emirates ID documents. A response target and payment-provider processing timeline will be inserted before checkout activation.
No outcome-based refund promise
A negative audit verdict, provider refusal or unsuccessful setup, visa, bank, loan or investment outcome does not by itself establish service failure because no outcome is guaranteed.
